Mr. Sherer has been in private practice in the San Antonio area since 1987.  He attended St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1986. While attending St. Mary's, Mr. Sherer was Dean of the Beckett Senate, the local chapter of the Delta Theta Phi Law School Fraternity.

He is licensed to practice in all state courts in the State of Texas.  He is licensed to practice in the following federal courts:

Western District of Texas

Northern District of Texas

Mr. Sherer is now available for mediation services for all types of litigation cases, whether represented by legal counsel or not.  Mediation services are can also be provided for all types of disputes, whether in litigation or not.  Although Mr. Sherer is available for all types of mediation cases, he is very experienced in the above listed areas and would be a very effective intermediary/mediator in these types of cases.

Mr. Sherer founded this firm in 1996, as a sole proprietorship, and has since added staff and attorneys.  Mr. Sherer intends to grow the law firm while continuing to provide the high quality of legal services his clients have come to expect.
