    g.    represented real estate broker and agent in suit by buyer against seller and others related to property condition and value at time of closing.

    h.    represented homeowners association in suit to enforce use restrictions, and represented home owner in defense of suit to enforce use restrictions.

    i.    represented various parties in several mediation cases to resolve disputes both pre- and post- suit.
