Collections, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosures:

  a.    represented investors, banks, lenders, mortgage companies, contractors, and others with respect to all aspects of collections, real property foreclosures, personal property foreclosures, repossessions, and related matters.

    b.    handled collections of unsecured notes by suit, secured notes by foreclosure and/or suit, deficiency suits, judicial foreclosures, tax sale foreclosures, non-judicial foreclosures, and litigation, mediation, and negotiation of settlement of such matters.

    c.    dealt with all aspects of collections and foreclosure litigation, including temporary restraining orders, temporary and permanent injunctions, pre- and post-judgment collections matters, and other related issues.

    e.    assist investors in purchase of real estate secured note packages, and collections of such notes, including advising on purchase price, conducting due diligence on note packages, and related issues, and pursuing collections and foreclosures, reinstatements, re-negotiations of terms with borrowers, and re-structuring of package by investor to sell.

    f.    represented banks in all aspects of dealing with amounts owed to bank from borrowers, account holders, and others, and some regulatory matters related thereto.

    g.    handled collections of, and conversion and consummation of, contracts for deed for sale and purchase of real property, and advised on desirability of contracts for deed and their viability for collection success.

    h.    advised various clients about lien priority related to foreclosure, and effect of foreclosure on the liens placed against property.

    i.    handled hundreds of collections and foreclosure matters for banks, investors, lenders, sellers, tax lien lenders, contractors, and others through various stages of the collections and foreclosure process.

    j.    represented judgment creditors in collection of judgments through various post-judgment collection activities.
